The beneficiary institution, ”Liceul Tehnologic Oglinzi” and Juani García Moda Flamenca from Spain, as host institution developed this project as a response to the training and professional integration needs of its' students. This project has been foreseen since 2015, when the institution developend a staff mobility project and the European Development Plan.The project foresees a training placement with a length of 28 days for 20 students – enrolled in 3 years professional training, level 2 qualification ”textiles products maker”. As an education unit from a rural area, the beneficiary will involve a large number of young people with fewer opportunities.The project aims to equip the students with technical, linguistic and socio-cultural competences and also with team working skills to ensure a successful professional integration.Among the predicted effects of the project, the improvement of students motivation and the increase of operational capacity at European level of the institution should be mentioned. To ensure the continuity of the project, the introduction of an optional module ”ICT Supported Patterns Making” has been foreseen.
