The project is designed to encourage more employers to take on workers from abroad, thus facilitating mobility. It will provide employers with a model induction programme (IP) and with support materials (SM). The project is a development from another Leonardo pilot project, the "Placement Support" pilot project (NL/01/B/F/PP-123135). This new project will build on the success of the previous one and extend its scope. It focuses on three measures: 1) Developing a generic version of the EIA (induction analysis tool, developed in the previous project) and the SM; 2) Translating the EIS3 version into the major EU languages; 3) Promoting these new products to SMEs across the EU.
