The subject of project,creative thinking puts new horizons to the edecation.Creativity which requires to be open to experience with the idea that have new ways,being sensitive with the problems,lack of education,against inconsistency,identification the strong,search for solution paths will convenience in education.Under each innovation a creative intelligence is seen.Considering all these factors,the reason our project is observing the different methods and techniques which is applied to adults,different materials,different classroom management approaches,different socialization and accultration activities and different technologies,to minimize our shortcomings in this regard.For all that,the stuff at our institution to inform and guide with the data obtain in this direction.If we sort the targets of our project;In EU 2020 strategy line,in accordance with the target to increase the employment rate of the population aged 64 years removing the 69% level to 75%,to improve the quality of education and training services with the acquired knowledge and experince for our adult students..The expression considered as lowering the rate of early leavers reducing the rate 15% to 10% level,the proportion of higher education graduates between the ages of 30,34 raising the level of at least 40% at 31%,objectives taken place EU 2020 strategy,to provide more qualified education for adults and to raise the standarts of this quality,making attractive our institution in terms of education.Excellence guided the modernization of education systems at all levels'which is mentioned in the targets of Innovation Union which is a valuable part of EU 2020 strategy the ides is based on observations made,with the light of the data acquired and from exxperience,to create a more perfect education environment for adult.In line 2023 targets,Turkey with the expression to enrollment rates 100% in primary and secondary education in line,keeping up with the world's advanced technologies and communication tools;who have completed their primary education but who can't continue to secondary education and graduated by not completing the secondary education and graduated and have to leave to higher education or graduated by providing opportunities for education in different points,we have aim to create equal opportunitues, to carry a higher level of our society's cultural level.In education,different ways,creative solutions,effective strategies develop with creative thinking.Our entire courses opened in formal education,the educators' job is to encourage the the use of the ability and to organize smaller skills.To organize ideas,requires a creative studying model and creative thinking.To develop creative creative skills require a program,and environment to apply the ideas.To solve the problems of communities,to solve social creativity is needed.It creates desire to know,it provides connection with real life to students.To find new solutions to problems,we need to that training.The project team consists of ten teachers of our institution.The motivation of team staff is full,successful at their branches,experienced in formal education,open and eager to self development,they have positive contact with the students.While our team conducting the project will be in constant communication with the organization will train us,each step of the project will be explained on the website and the necessary announcements will be made,will be prepared promotion organizations,seminars and conferences will be held.Also,by using e-twinning system,the new approaches related with creative thinking in education,and methods will be shared with related teachers.By following all the projects planned,using all the data,the quality of project will be increased.By showing offset this educational activity is made,the new viewpoints in education will be followed.As the result of our project,different learning -teaching methods and techniques observed,different materials,different socialization and a acculturation activities and in the light of information obtained,different education technologies,our institution,our staff and our students are expected to be affected positively.Also,all the positive effects of the project in a share will generate a positive feedback to our dtaff and students.
