Eğitimde Drama Yaklaşımlarının 0-6 Yaş Çocuk Eğitimlerinde Uygulanması

Our Project called as “the implementation of Drama Approaches in Education in 0-6 age child Education” has been prepared in the partnership of Akdağmadeni Girl Technical and Vocational High School, Hayri Aslan Girl Technical and Vocational High School, Necmiye Mehmet Yazıcı Girl Technical and Vocational High School, Tortum Multi-Programme High School. 8 students will be selected from each partner so 32 students and 4 attendants will take part in Project. They are students who study in the field of Child Development at 11th grade in Project-writing term but will study Child Development and Education at 12th grade as of Project date. Our Project includes that 32 students selected from our schools observe the practices in corporaitons they are placed and their internship activities in the field of “the implementation of Drama Approaches in Education in 0-6 age child Education” for 3 weeks in the organization of Frohsinn Bildungszentrum Augsburg e.V. ve Kinderwelt Augsburg in Germany. Preschool Education including the term until birth to six age, presenting alerter environment resources enriched according to individual attributes and developmental levels of children in this term, being an education process directing children’s entire development fields in the frame of community’s value and features is based on the principles that children realize the feelings of themselves and the others and all activities are organized as game-based. It is very important that Drama activities including playful process are in education process in order to give to children these features at early age. By the help of our Project, our participants will take an oppurtunity to examine in place drama activities in preschool education institutions and do internship in the field of drama being so important in preschool education.As a result of this Project, our students will have developed themselves on drama techniques. All activities our participants will make within the scope of our Project will contribute to their Professional, cultural and linguistic developments. Our purposes and the expected outcomes: *It will contribute to our beneficiaries’ employability in the labor market by developing Professional skills by the help of internship activities they do within Project. *It will be provided to increase the quality of training by eliminating the need of qualified employee in preschool education institutions. *To provide our participants to communicate seamlessly in multi-languag working and living areas by improving their foreign language knowledge and skills to cope with situations they may encounter in daily life and to improve their Professional skills which will help them in their career. *To improve their intercultural communication skills for acquiring behaviors to adapt them to multicultural living and working environment . *To provide our participants to build experience and self-confidence by supporting their mobilities at international level *To contribute to be strengthened the cooperation between the European institutions and be changed knowledge and experience between education systems. The expected effects on participants and predicted outcomes *Strengthening the employability of our participants and their progression expectation in career *Strengthening the entrepreneurship spirit of our participants *Positive effect to our participants’ personal developments and improving their self confidence *Improving foreing language proficiencies of our participants *Strengthening the intercultural awareness of our participants *Increasing our participants’ awareness about Europe Project and EU values *Increasing our participants’ motivation to take part in education(formal/informal) in future after the mobility period spent abroad. The expected effects and predicted outcomes on participating institution/organizations and target groups: *Our institutions and target groups’ increased capacity to operate in EU/international level *Our institutions and target groups’ strenghtened cooperations with the other country partners *Improving Our institutions and target groups’ knowledge,experience and quality in preparing projects in EU and international level, applying and monitoring *Improved processes related to recognizing acquired qualifications during learning periods spent abroad and verifying *To involve the young actively to efficient activities for the benefit of local communities *To create a more modern, dynamic and Professional environment being highly commitment to work among our institutions.
