Results reveal that violence is a phenomenon that concerns all parts of society. Especially in childhood and teenage years of individuals, those who had experience of such events in their family and educational environment are affected harshly regarding their educational and individual development. Families’ lacking in dealing with this issue, having little or no experience in crisis management, inadequacy of teaching staff and institutions in determining and preventing the cause of violence, and being unaware of minimizing the negative impact of it makes it a great problem for our school to prevent violence at educational environment. We aim to make our school more efficient and more effective by preventing and reducing the negative impact of violence, as well as rearranging the experience gained as a result of project activities which will influence public life in general, school environment in particular. Therefore, observing and learning new developments and practices in the EU regarding the prevention of violence in educational institutions, making our staff more equipped and promoting the methods and techniques applied are identified as the main goal of our project.

Monitoring, implementation, participation and activities to develop new ideas will be carried out. Comparison and analysis of these activities will be performed. Our project activities will be finalized with reporting, making the educational attainment applicable and dissemination of project results.

Also, to be implemented in our schools and other educational institutions by supporting the social life of individuals, this approach is also intended to provide a positive contribution to the community life.

With our project, the changes in our institution will begin with a spark and will create a chain effect on awareness of violence. Of course it is not so easy but we have some big dreams and believe that our project will be step towards removing the violence and its negative impacts not only from life of the disadvantaged members of the community but also from the all parts of society.
