By the end of the project, all participating youth workers will develop their professional, educational skills in certain areas, establish various international relationships, gain experience and competences to interact in multicultural groups, gain experience in work in multinational environment. The project will raise their European awareness, show them higher standards of professional services, give them a thing they would look up to. The will practice working in international dimension.Project participants are youth workers and people who want to become youth workers, coming Poland and several countries both from the old Europe and from beyond the EU border. The meeting will be held at foothills of the Tatra Mountains on 25-31 of May 2015, at the Foundation resort in Zakopane. There will be held a meeting full of workshops committed to educational tools like Study circle, Simplicity by Edward de Bono, enhancing communication skills, new educational methods and integration activities. Brochure will be produced as a result. The participants will take part also in a field-game in the local vicinity. We believe the project will bring huge added value to the participants and to promotion of the educational tools used by various youth workers, particularly because some partners are from non-EU countries.
