Start date: Dec 31, 2015, End date: Dec 30, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

InCo - "Inteculturalità & Comunicazione" is an Italian organization active since 2004 in the field of youth mobility, voluntarism abroad, international cultural exchanges and "non-formal" education. The organization operate mainly in the Trentino region and since 1 year in Apulia region. During 10 years of activities many youngsters had the chance to live and work abroad, getting to know a new culture and developing new skills and competence. Actually, seen the international crisis and the new european scenario, we believe that many participants have developed a number of "soft skill" and "non-formal" competences, that became usuful in the labour market and in own professional life. The experiences InCo promote became a way to foster employability and develop european awareness. Within this background InCo has the need to develop competence of staff and coordinators by taking part to 3 kind of training courses, such us: "Train the trainers", "Securing EU Funding for 2014 – 2020: The Key to Success" and "Problem Solving and Decision Making". This courses will enhance the quality of InCo activities mainly in the Southern Italy where the unemployement rate and the lack of infomation and opportunities are very high. We foresee 6 participant among among funders, staff and coordinators, who will take part to the trainings according their roles and attitude. Methodology of these trainings is based on a formula: minimum theory + maximum practice + feedback = accelerated growth. The methods used during the training are as follows: presentations, individual and pair exercises, group work and reflection, brain storming, peer support, games. The participants will also receive study manuals and worksheets that will be used during the seminar. The impact on the local community is Europe become closer to user and participants. The greatest part of the local community has no information about Erasmus+ or any other European fund. Thanks to this project we expect much more participation of youngster and adults with or without skills. InCo will be a contact point thanks to its staff where gathering all the information about mobility abroad, non-formal education, ecc... With this project InCo means to contribute at the informal process of european integration in our local communities. In the longer terms, we foresee a development of an entrepreneurial mindset, starting from "soft skills" and competences acquired during intercultural and international experiences.
