The Eco-practices in Europe 2.0 project is focused on increasing the employability of students in Vocational Training Middle Grade of Agricultural and Forestry professional families and to increase the international visibility of our center (Federation of Agricultural Family Schools of Andalusia Penibética ). We carry out a mobility project in which over a period of two years 50 of our students undertake internships in Italian companies related to their field of study. This project was done in collaboration the Europe For All, Italian NGO with extensive experience in participation in European projects and be responsible for the hiring of accommodation and selecting the companies practices. The monitoring of practices will be conducted our own center through the carer, guardian to accompany students and that maximize the performance of the action, facilitating the integration of the same (many are minors) and would minimize potential problems with personalized attention and "in situ" of them. After completing the internship will also conduct a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the effects that the project has been so in our center and our students through questionnaires, interviews and a series of indicators specified herein. An assessment of the effects were subsequently held both in the short, medium and long term. We will give maximum exposure to the activity and the results thereof using for this different social networks, newspaper articles, newsletter of the center web of project participants and other organizations to which we belong (UNEFA, CECE, USO, ASAJA etc.).
