The college Massenet is a school of second degree classified Rep + (economic disadvantage and difficult public). Fighting against school failure and promote equal opportunities for students are major axes of the school plan. To this end, a mobility partnership project of school education, teaching mission was set up to enable the development of the international dimension in the development and pedagogical innovation of the educational team. It aims to improve the language skills of teachers, promote partnership working and interdisciplinarity, as well as discovering new educational systems and new teaching approaches. Four teachers from different disciplines and their headteacher participated in the project. Teachers (science, music, mathematics and documentation) took charge of the classes of different levels for teaching assignments. The headteacher was tasked observation of the organization of the partner institution (schedule, projects, exams, staff management ....), presentation to the partners of the French education system, the establishment and educational and cultural projects.
1. Sequence of sciences: teacher of EIST (Jeremy Nosjean) led a sequence with students from level 5 °. The students were asked to imagine that life on Earth is no longer possible because of the pollution, they thought about a planet that could be inhabited (March) and what was there a need to live (water, air, housing, transport ..). a focus was made on food (food composition, optimization of farms and livestock, the choice of animals, the definition of species, classification of animals ....). Study session and observation of microscopic cells was established. The cell is the common point of all organizations.
2. Sequence information-documentation: led by teacher-librarian for students to a level of 6 °, the session was to train students to the book chain: the different actors involved in the production of book (author, publisher, printer, bookseller ...) and the presentation of these trades. An information assessment session was originally scheduled for level 3 students but did not take place, the students were year-end review.
3. Sequence musical education: The music teacher has set up an artistic performance with three classes of level 5 °. A performance art spectacle around a "Cup Game" took place at the end of the sequence.
4. Sequence Mathematics: Teachers of the two countries exchanged via e-twining for the establishment of a mathematical riddles on the theme of ecology. The work of writing riddles in the college Massenet began in November with a class of 5 and in interdisciplinary: Mathematics / French / English / SVT / Documentation. three chapters were written; an enigmatic chapter on water management and the other on waste management and the third chapter about the pollution in the Mediterranean Sea. Ms Leconte's mission of teaching, math teacher, was to work with the Polish pupils eco-math puzzles in place upstream with its classes.
5. Sequence presentation of the establishment and monitoring of the project: The head had a mission to observe the teaching and educational activities of the partner institution; the presentation of the French education system and the projects of the institution; he observed and evaluated the place of the sessions conducted by the teaching staff; participated in sports and cultural activities; exchanged with his counterpart about various issues related to management and pedagogical and educational organization of a school.
These activities have allowed the team to improve their English language level that was the working language for the duration of mobility; to discover new teaching methods and new teaching approaches; teamwork and interdisciplinarity; to question their own methods and innovate in their business practices. These gains were driven from the team's desire to sustain such partnerships in particular through a mobility project whose objective is the English training to develop a strategic partnership.
