The aim of the e2 project is to create additional jobs and to increase dynamics within individual companies and organisations through the development of an on-line, interactive, modular entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial educational programme based upon the results obtained by the European Entrepreneur School, a concept developed within a previously funded Leonardo da Vinci project.The project aims to increase employment opportunity through the development of existing organisations and through motivating individual employees to start their own business. It aims to increase competitiveness through the creation of enterprises within existing companies which might then be considered for externalisation. The project will focus upon improving efficiency and lowering costs in both private and public organisations and in increasing individual employees' levels of influence and responsibility at work.Activities will include the development and testing of an on-line interactive module (in DA, DE, EL, PL, SV & EN) for entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship based upon a skills needs analysis and upon the results of the previously funded project. Further on-line training programmes will be developed for both trainers and individual managers.Dissemination will comprise the presentation of the final results and experiences to employer organisations, to municipalities and throughout existing partner networks. Additionally, articles will be prepared for the relevant press and journals and a final conference will be held in DK to present the results to a range of interested parties (policy makers, corporate and governmental representatives).
