The project is a response to changes guidance counsellors and job seekers are facing. The aims are to improve accessibility, attractiveness of guidance services, shorten waiting periods, make counselling more approachable and improve contact between job seekers and counsellors. These goals are intended to be achieved by creating E.guide online - an integrated system with a selection of tools for identification and adaptation of competences, necessary for the job seeking process. It offers reliable tools and methodological approaches that enable efficient work with the users. With the permission of the job seeker, the counsellors has access to the individual’s data and is able to help them trough a modular and individual approach that will answer their specific needs and bridge the identified competence gaps. The portal also contains many useful links not only for the users but also for the counsellors.
