With the background of today's economic crisis, youth unemployment, still remains as one of the major problems in our society. In most EU countries, including Spain, a large percentage of young people suffer from this problem. This arises the project "E +: Employ your Ability through Natural therapy and new technologies" that aims to develop within the new Erasmus + guidelines and growth strategy 2020, as an opportunity to try to change from the local this global problematic.
The project involves two activities, with 70 mobility that are specified in two seminars directly affecting the main agents concerning young people, youth workers from nine different countries. This initiative aims to provide a process full of moments and spaces for meeting, discussion and exchange of ideas, tools and resources around youth employability. To this end it has been wanted to focus the process of this project, into two aspects we consider of vital importance in today's human development and at the same time become the centrepiece of each of the two activities, materialized in this case, in two seminars eight days lasting each. Especially we have organized our partners in two groups, participating in each of the two seminars by the type of contents that work and the accumulated and proven experience in other projects. In this case, 35 actors related to youth and / or youth workers from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and Spain will participate in the first workshop. Another 35 actors related to youth and / or youth workers from Armenia, Croatia, Georgia, Poland and Spain will participate in the second of this project's seminars.
The first of the seminars will be dedicated to the reflection of youth actors around the work with young self-knowledge and realization of natural and healthy habits for greater personal and professional productivity and creativity, and will be titled "Natural therapy to employ your ability ". For eight days, from 1 to 8 July included, framed in a non-formal learning methodology this activity will take place in the town of Zarautz. Many and original activities have been planned for this seminar. Creative workshops, debates, presentations, simulations, field and cultural visits practices that make a rich and ambitious program of activities. The second seminar pays special interest to another aspect of fundamental importance in the society in which we live. The exchange between the agents involved in with youth of different resources and technological tools in youth work. This moment is titled "2I Century Youth Information and Communications Technologies." In this seminar, the participants will have the opportunity to share, by a balanced schedule of creative sessions with non-formal dynamics, their experiences and knowledge about ICT and its application in youth work in favor of their employability. For eight days, from 15 to 22 September included, framed within a non-formal learning methodology, this activity will take place in the town of Zarautz. It arises from the reflection of how to take full advantage of new information and communication technologies, most clearly the area in full revolution of the century, to enhance the quality and local processes of youth employability. ICTs open an almost infinite range of possibilities, many of which are little or nothing exploited by the majority of youth or working with youth associations. To answer this arises this seminar, whose name translated means "Youth of the 21st century", with the letters T, I and C capitalized, remarking that the future depends on knowing and using the ICTs.
The results from the two seminars will serve mainly to learn and make the youth actors reflect about natural therapies and healthy habits, and the new technologies of information and communication, and their use in local youth employability projects. Apparently although at the beginning they could not hold much connection, both variables make much sense in this project.
The creation, as a final product of each seminar, of a compendium of applications, websites and any significant useful accessory in the category of "natural and healthy habits" and "ICTs" and its later dissemination to seminar's participants as well as to potential multiplier in future local projects will open many opportunities.
