Dziś praktyka - jutro praca
Start date: Sep 1, 2016, End date: Feb 28, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

„Apprenticeship today – employment tomorrow” is a project with a main purpose of supporting both personal and proffesional development of young people. This goal can be achieved through apprenticeships, which in turn can increase their chances of finding employment after graduation. It is aimed at students of Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych in Grodzisk Wielkkopolski, studying in technical high school of the following profiles: economics, hotel industry, ICT, logistics, car mechanics, mechatronics, fashion, advertising, agriculture, food and catering. Our main partner in this program is an international company EuroMind, which specialises in organising projects of vocational training. This project is a resposnse to students' expectations in relation to forms of additional training. It's primary action would be to improve practical skills by participating in vocational apprenticeships in spanish companies and in a training centre Colegio Salesiano Santísima Trinidad. During this project 4 mobiliteis will take place and 64 students will have a chance to gain proffesional experience, learn spanish and find out more about spanish culture and tradition. Participants will gain valuable experience, confirmed by certificates recognised accross Europe, improve their proffessional and language skills and also build-up their confidence. The project can improve the level of vocational education and increase school's competetiveness in our region. Experience achieved through this project will help create a positive image of school's graduate as a person capable of finding one's place within the european labour market and possessing various intercultural competencies. Educating our youth in more effective manner will also promote, improve the level of service in those fields thought by our school and lead to general development of our students, our teaching staff and the school itself.
