Dynamique d'apprentissage partagé par l'accueil d'un nouveau volontaire
Start date: Jan 1, 2015, End date: Apr 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

EVS is a symbol for our structure, that mobility is considered as an insertion tool like any other (we could measure the positive effects of youth once when they went back, in terms of maturity, of will, but also in terms of acquisition of social and professional skills via the Youthpass). We wish to welcome a volunteer to promote the program to our audience, and therefore increase the number of sending activities (more young people of our audience sent abroad) of our structure. Because one of our mission is also to help young people to find a job, we want our volunteer to help in this goal by supporting them in the use of social networks in their job researches. We will host a volunteer aged 26 and from Turkey . Her training , motivation to join us and willingness to participate in projects of our organization have made a difference in our selection process. About his daily business , the volunteer will have the task to receive individual young people interested in EVS , or any other international mobility program . Our volunteer may also lead workshops to help achieve the same goal. In parallel , the volunteer will develop a personal project. These tasks will be framed (through interviews in pairs , training on our software input PARCOURS 3) and calibrated to the capacity of the voluntary , ensuring that it is not too much. The volunteer will also have the opportunity to be a resource person (available for youth and advisors ) on the program ERASMUS + which is a relatively new program and with many possible projects and, why not, the ability to apply for a specific project in this program to (co) fund a planned action . The volunteer will also organize "digital " workshops in order to help our audience to properly use social networks in their job researches. All these activities will be explained and the volunteer will be systematically accompanied by a colleague of the Mission Locale, in addition to her mentor. During the EVS , we also have the objective that the educational learning ( formal or informal) to be validated by a Youthpass, built by regular interviews ( shared between the tutor and the Direction of Mission Locale) . The mentor must be vigilant that this learning is valued, recorded and transcribed later in the Youthpass . During the EVS, volunteer will have the time of regular exchanges with his mentor to list the progress, to highlight the difficulties and implement corrective actions to reduce them. The impact will be measured primarily at a local level with, at first, local partners and of course youth and advisors of Mission Locale. Then , the impact could also be at a regional level (via the Regional Network of Missions Locales, which can inform other Missions Locales about european programs, by using our EVS project) and finally at the national level (via press releases to our network enlighting our project). We hope that the benefit of getting long-term result of possible departures abroad will grow, we also hope that our volunteer can validate achievements during his volunteering period, helping her for her professionnal future, and grow the visibility of our hosting towards our local partners.
