Youth Exchange “Dream country” will take place from 1-st until 13-th October 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia. This event will bring together 45 participants from 5 European countries: Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria and Slovakia.Main theme of this Youth Exchange is the way we perceive the vision of ideal country where we would like to live. Participants will consider criteria that should be implemented for effective management in different European countries, discuss what kind of society and laws they would wish to see in the state and why, decide how they can influence on building successful and strong system of government departments which will work for the social welfare. Participants will be involved in different activities of the project. They will discuss the essential role of government in shaping a viable democratic society, get a clear picture of how civil liberties are applied to every aspect of our daily lives, from the freedom to speak our minds to the freedom to go to the church of our choice, identify the strengths and weaknesses of foreign policy, learn about the necessity of education and its impact on different areas of life, consider issues aimed at promoting social services and protection, analyze employment from different points of view and decide what activities and responsibilities are needed to promote inclusive economic growth and prosperity as well as develop local initiatives to be implemented in home countries of participants for promotion of diversity and tolerance for welfare of Europe.Youth Exchange will be implemented on the basis of non-formal education with a mosaic of several methods such as group work, seminar, brainstorm, discussion, round table, team-building games, outdoor activity, etc. Youngsters will work in multicultural teams in order to understand diversity, tolerance and accepting of other cultures as a key to positive change of the society, will share information about good practices of active participation in social life of their communities.At the end of Youth Exchange participants will present the results of opening their potential, self-realization and non-formal learning process in interactive forms by creating interesting handouts, video-clips and blog for further dissemination in European countries where they live.
