This project with the development of young people’s emotions of self confidence, the development of skills of phrase, creative thinking, positive perception, group dynamics and positive energy in group, using emotions, bring communication skills as well as, cultural learning, fight against racism, and struggle with drug addiction topics to motivate young people, responsibility for them to hear in order to ensure six caountries, 56 youths and six group leaders the total 60 people between 01/09/2014 – 10/09/2014 dates will be meet in Mersin. Duration of the project youths will be created workshops effectiveness of the training of youth and produced in the field of youth – widespread education about the corporation’s policies, creative drama and active learning techniques with studies will be held then realize “Effectiveness of the Training of Youth and Youth Policies” the panel on realize presentation. The realize will panel, training and academics are experts in the field of sociology, politicians and local managers as well as representatives of civil society organizations, will be provided participant to youths and adults.
