The project named “Professional training vocational training in Menetroda” is the project which is going to be performed by Polish school – Complex of Vocational School No 2 in Kołobrzeg and German school – Bildungszentrum der KAB gGMBH in Menteroda in Germany. The participants of this project are going to be 15 students of the second grade of the Vocational School which is one of the units of the Complex School. The participants of the project are going to train in particular professions: the cook, hair dresser, car mechanic. Out of each profession 5 students and two teachers will be take part in realization of the project. The place of realization of the project is The Center for Vocational Training in Bildungszentrum der gGMBH. In This center there is perfectly equipped base of vocational training enabling to perform vocational training in 3 aforementioned professions. The realization of the project is scheduled at the first semester of 2016. The main goals of the project: acquiring a new professional skills, Improving acquired skills, Improving the level of German language especially professional language, Upgrading the level of service performed by the future graduates of Polish school, Developing of cooperation between Polish and German school, The transfer of achievements in the range of vocational training in professions encompassed by the project, Equalizing the chance of the participants of the project on the European job market, Increasing the possibilities of getting a job after graduation. Expected results of the project: Widening an international dimension of the vocational training Acquiring and improving skills by the participants of the project in the professions : the cook, hair dresser, car mechanic, Improving the level of German language especially professional language Increasing the possibilities of getting a job after graduation. Tightening the cooperation between Polish and German school Providing equal access and social inclusion to people from unfavorable environments and those who possess less chances in comparison with peers The realization of the project will have positive impact not only on the students participating in that project but also on whole school environment. Since the others student will have motivation to improving their school results especially from vocational subject in order to match up to students awarded the foreign vocational training and also have possibilities to go abroad. Completing the vocational training will significantly influence professional development of the participants of the project and enable them to use a new-known technology in particular professions in Polish ground Acquired and improved skills will definitely impact on the quality of Polish services provided by catering company and other service units for the foreigners ( especially German) visiting Kołobrzeg and Pomorze Zachodnie region. Vocational training conducted in well-equipped service unit, workshop will result in an increase the quality of education in Polish school. A Great advantage for the organization participating in this project will be tightening cooperation.
