Nowadays healthy lifestyle is one of the most essential part of our social life. There are tones of activities proposed by different institutions how to eat healthy, act healthy, do sport activities. Nevertheless young people have often critical approach towards simple solutions. Thus they prefer to chose hardworking methods. Moreover right now young people suffer a lack of knowledge of what to do during their outdoor activities and simply they don't know what to do. They fall in addiction to drugs, alcohol and Internet. That is why we want organize this youth exchange to gather together 48 different people from 8 different countries (Armenia, Northern Ireland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Georgia, Estonia, Czech Republic and Belarus) in order discuss different ways of shaping our healthy lifestyles, share their knowledge and skills concerning outdoor and sport education and rediscover richness of possibilities how to self-educate in outdoor. Our youth exchange will be full 10 days experience of camping, hardworking and taking care of our lifestyle using natural resources of Armenia, especially outdoor activities. We want to meet in beautiful region of Tatev Mountains in Armenia(that is why CASCADE is applicant and Civic Forum is hosting organisation) between 11th and 21st of July 2014. The synergy effect, made by all participants and appropriate methods based on creativity and interactivity, will bring up workshop and set of activities which will be delivered to youngsters in Yerevan and Tatev. This youth exchange will empower young people to spend actively their spare time that`s why its name is “Door-to-outdoor”, because while crossing one's door we can move out to outdoor and reach wellness in physical and metal way.
