The project "A good specialist - a better future" is aimed to a group of 32 students from II-IV forms of the Technical School in Chmielnik enrolled in competitions: technician nutrician and food service and IT technician. Students will leave for a foreign training - divided into two 16-person groups (16 students from technician nutrician and food service class and 16 students from IT technician class). The training curriculum based on the core curriculum of vocational education and the regional and national educational needs. It provides 4-week practice/training in Spanish companies. Students who will be selected for the international practice/training will fulfill the requirements set out in the project design. The main objectives of the project: - obtaining the Europass Mobility document, - strengthening and complementing students’ professional qualifications, - acquiring new professional skills in the field of work organization, - gaining practical experience through active participation in real workplace, - comprehension of the organizational structure of the company, its functioning and instructions based on European principles and patterns, - learning new technical and technological solutions - learning about tourist values, culture and history of Spain - obtaining and improving practical using of foreign language in everyday life and professional situations, -raising the participants’ social and personal skills. This project, developed in close cooperation with a Spanish partner, corresponds to the students educational needs within 4 - year technical school training. Participants gaining international internship/training, become better prepared for the demands of the global labour market. Obtaining the Europass Mobility document allows students to increase their chances of employment after completion of education. The practices/training will take place from 09.11.2015 til 4.12.2015 in Valencia, Spain for the first group of students - technician nutrician and food service and in the period from 15.02.2016 to 11.03.2016 also in Valencia, Spain for the second group of students – IT technicians.
