Start date: May 2, 2016, End date: May 1, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

Since 2004, we are working on global outlook and tolerance objectives with partners through youth exchange. Many actions (youth exchanges, seminaries, international committees, activity leader exchanges, sending and hosting volunteer, tutor seminaries…) made part in neighbourhood life through inhabitants, elected representatives and professional commitment. We have obtained a SVE agreement in 2008 (renewal in 2011 and 2015). We experimented youth sending and the host of a young Armenian in 2009-2010, two Germans and three Spanish from 2012 to 2015.We wish continue to awareness local youth to cultural exchange wealth, and guide them in individual or collective European projects. We also wish to touch large publics on knowledge of foreign countries and new cultures and bring questioning on European citizenship and related right. For five years, we reflected on the host of many volunteers with different nationality linked up to our local partners and also building new partnership. We want to continue the dynamic with the city by hosting two new volunteers in our premise. The two volunteer will take part to the all publics’ activities through different sectors with intercultural and intergenerational topics. They will discover the community centres functioning and his local partnership networks. To help and guide the volunteers we will continue to involve the youth of Forges/ Saint André and Val d’Ornay neighbourhood, the local volunteers taking part in the citizenship committee, the elders attract by the local life, the EVS tutors. These persons will be group and involved on the preparation, during the service (guide volunteers), and after the service (assessment, future possibility). We listen to the present voluntary feedback to work on this new host. This collective work permits us to make widely known the different mobility possibilities especially the EVS
