"Diversity" is a recently emerged and is a key issue in our societies concept because it covers social and cultural economic considerations , . Defines diversity in a positive way the fight against discrimination based on age, disability, sexual orientation , race or ethnic origin , to all forms of beliefs (religious, political, philosophical ) ... The an important dimension of the promotion of diversity is the integration of all the labor market, according to the principle of equal treatment. Management of diversity can also bring a new style of management and business strategy. These values ​​are often ignored and flouted , and young people suffer in their daily lives . The difference is rejected and often fought , then it can be a source of wealth. We want to work with young people on a project using a tool in their almost nonexistent lived everyday to better develop tolerance. The dance will be the tool of mediation and come from Africa. So we will work on -priori conveyed on foreigners, especially Africans, and define together the means to fight in our actions every day. This project responds to the request of the youth of both associations wishing to work on the issue of diversity with a real involvement of local populations. Initiated by the Association ADIF and Delegacion Juventud Madrid Leganes Council project will bring together 24 participants to exchange information about diversity. It will take place from June 22 to 29, 2014 in Cognac.
