Context: This project is born from the need to create system: access to information, continued support identification of life projects and their implementation. Objectives: to create an european network about education, training and employment, in a perspective of supporting young people to make the right choices and to take appropriate decisions in terms of demand for empego, specialization in training and of self-employment. Public: - young students aged between 15 and 30 years, who need information and guidance; -Young unemployed looking for reorientation / retraining; -Young people who attend secondary or higher education, preparing for integration in the world of work, or entrepreneurially intend to create your job. Actions: Management and coordination; Provide (in) formation; Recognize talents; Stimulate talents; Production of technical resources supporting employability; disclosure; Assessment and monitoring; Dissemination. Expected results after the Project: 25 Young people who found their "talent" through the project 10 Young people who have created your job 10 Young people who found jobs Impacts: Involving young people in local problems (enhancement of citizenship) Increase entrepreneurship and local dynamics; Creation of new businesses and jobs, 4 Increased attractiveness of the countryside; Creation of similar initiatives in other places, running this as a reference to national level; promoting intercultural, citizenship ed European culture; creation of new partnerships; sharing work methods through non-formal education; emergence of new projects.
