A citizen unemployed or at risk of losing one becomes a citizen at risk of social exclusion. To avoid this situation it is essential to increase the employability of the citizen. That is why from our organization aim to provide resource persons to enable them to know themselves and the environment around them , thus achieving a balance between the citizen and employment. DISCOVERED Youth Exchange, addresses a main theme as youth work UNEMPLOYMENT where parallel the importance of skills development , but especially his reconomiento cerfificados through official documents and consecuacion the following objectives : - Learn basic patterns of guidance and counseling for young people to actively partake and change agents in their community. - Become familiar with the recognition of competences , including those acquired outside the formal education system according to European guidelines , to raise awareness of the importance of both formal and non-formal and informal learning and developing European citizenship education. - Promote learning throughout life from parameters established by the European Commission, to increase knowledge about the European Credit System for Vocational Training (ECVET ) DISCOVERED , is a Youth Exchange project to be developed in Castilla y León, specifically in the province of Valladolid, we would participate in 55 aged 22 to 30 years from 6 countries : Italy, Poland , Bulgaria , Romania , Greece and Spain . They develop between 2 and December 11, 2015 in a hostel in the province of Valladolid and between the methodology used for activities, we have: teamwork , active participation and exchange of ideas, removing communication barriers , bonding and commitment to cultural diversity, intercultural coexistence , among others. As resources will exchange the following activities: Group Dynamics , talks , lectures, Simulation Games / Workshops, cultural games and icebreakers , roundtables , exhibitions , Dynamics , Meetings, cultural tours, cultural nights in each country , entertainment activities and other proposals for future networking on the issue of youth unemployment and new technologies. Education NO FORMAL, will be made clear in the educational purposes and personal development , linking the issue of youth unemployment. The impact of the project, thought to be obtained by creating a set informal guidelines , contained in a prospectus to be followed by young people to encourage and exponentially increase employability, for this , we will develop throughout the exchange with the help of all participants A VIDEO - CURRICULUM each participant using the various official certificates of recognition and extensive guidance techniques , which are essential to combat the UNEMPLOYMENT , while serving to promote inclusion in the labor market. These end products we intend to contribute to finding solutions on the conception of the UP , both in the medium and long term and will be distributed at each place of origin by the participants, as a resource for the dissemination of results in particular and the ERASMUS program + . The main purpose of the project is that together , and from the situation of UNEMPLOYMENT discover / work opportunities -ideas- proposals with which the young participants and the entities present , we increase our skills , promoting tools / resources for building an itinerary ( employment, training, volunteering ) in each local situation , forming innovative and entrepreneurial proposals for inclusion in the labor market ( in the current model and provoke others ) .
