Our project aim is to bring both European Countries and neighbour countries where is cost of Mediterranean countries. The countries will be fever opportunities about joining of this programmes before and They could never been in our country. We will provide to learn eacother and their cultures and it will help developing of solidarity among the countries and its citizens.Our project called ‘’Discover Other Cultures and Live Together“ will take place between 05th and 11nd May 2016 in Kayseri. Our project will have between 20-35 age 23 participants, 2 trainer and 1 co-trainer and also 1 support staff.We aimed below the gains with project activities of youth workers.-The examination and to understand detailed about cultural diversity.-To awareness of cultural diversity and use it in Local, regional, national and at European level, moreover use this awareness in youth programs,- To increase their information about İdentity, culture, prejudice, tolerance.- To provide learning of new methods on cultural diversity and increase of their motivation for working in this area.-İnternational projects to related ensure the development of intercultural skills,different religions, language and from culture studies is to increase the skills and intercultural sensitivity.-The European union and between neighbor countries racism, discrimination, and xenophobia is to eliminate.Belongin to different religons cooperation to develop among young people.We have planned to our activities as none formal education methodsAnd the participants of our Project will develop some skills which are identity, culture, diversity, cultural diversity, we will increase about respect to differences and we will provide some skills for youth who are coming from different religion, language and culture.Gaining of these experiences will be useful not only during the projects, they will use these experience in their daily and Professional life as well.Beside of this, experiences will help to participants in their education.We expect that the youth leaders and youth workers will increase their awareness about cultural diversity and they will have able to reflect of their cultural dimension as practice.The participans will transfer their experiances to members of their non governmantal organizations.We hope that our participans will know about Turkish culture too, and they will share their positive feels about other cultures with their local.
