Young people under 25 are the most affected by unemployment. This unemployment even more severely affects young people without qualifications. The project we propose to put in place is awareness green jobs troubled youth. Indeed, green jobs (agriculture, eco-housing, natural areas ...) cover many areas for many of them expanding. This is a possible way to integrate young people.For 3 years, the association is developing the project "Parcours Métiers Verts" to help young people discover the potential of the environmental sector and energy transition. Today we wish to give a European dimension to our project by sharing the findings of these trades and potential as part of a youth exchange Erasmus + from 19 to 26 april this first experience.3 countries are involved in this exchange: Belgium, Lithuania and France. We wish create a common culture on the issues of sustainability and energy transition. Young people from all these countries, through meeting and sharing will become ambassadors of environmentally friendly society and to the development of these issues at national, European and international level.This project is an initiative that we hope fit into an overall dynamic that we have initiated several years ago and is part of our educational approach to the environment. It is part of a project led by 3PA association, which titled "FAIR'ENSEMBLE" and aims to engage and meet all public ecological and energy transition.Young people under 25 are the most affected by unemployment.
