The project we propose is an act of active citizenship against a social evil such as gambling addiction, together with the institutions for the construction of a 4-day national meeting, on May 2015, which has as its goal the empowerment of young people, not intended as improving potentiality in the strict sense, but rather as strong protection of their rights to physical integrity, economic and moral, which can support and finalize the empowerment of the youth of today and tomorrow. Following this guideline, the specific objective is to promote and to realize, through the structured dialogue, a push for legislative and operational towards the protection of the rights of young people integrity, as well as the right to a future. The specific objective of the project is the creation of a Bill of Rights Integrity of Youth, which acts as a replicable model in diffent places and also on different topics. The lproject asts 8 months and involves 2 hundred young people and decision makers who work at local, regional and national level
