In our todays international cooperations have gone further and none of the countries are using any declerations or classical diplomatic methods.The states should also develop not only national but also international policies.As a result of communication and information revolution, countries have started to give importance to the public diplomacy to effect the publicity and agendas.Today many countries do it but as a country Turkey has still struggles to use it effectively. To be able to show our identity in the right way in the international area, we have decided to have this project with eight different organizations.In the project, there will be actualized 7 workshops in 7 different regions of Turkey and 30 innovative and openminded participants are going to participate these workshops and 50 of them are goind to attend to the summit which is going to be held in KASTAMONU.Pre and post tests will be applied to the participants to see the level of acquisiton in terms of presumed results. Another purpose of the project is to raise institutional awarenesses by providing quality projects at national and international level. In this aspect we also aim to train the participants of partner organizations to be well equipped with appropriate techniques and methods and to develope correct strategies as wel as developing capacity of their organizations. In long term we aim to raise the awareness of the sparticipants by using multiple methods as well as enabling personal and professional development, self confidence for them and stengthening their EU citizenship and sence of intercultural learning. After this point they will help their institutions in providing projects by using appropriate methods and developing their service capacity.
