According to the proposal “ actually the quality of growth of catering offer in Europe, in terms of production, has not been accompanied by a contextual quality enhancement of dining- hall services…due to a lack of strategic culture in many companies, often SMEs ”. As to activities, a desk research is planned on existing good practices and benchmark’s identification, plus the critical review of the currently used training materials, in the perspective of more updated contents for the expected new e.learning programme and relevant website-based training. -- RESULTS AND PRODUCTS: The implementation of the draft programme of blended learning shall be followed by a pilot training with different typologies of learners, as adults employed or unemployed or young people, students or trainees and their trainers. The final programme, when completed, shall be assessed in terms of transferability and disseminated in demo-copies to the 140 European schools of the network of Eurhodip as well as other interested training institutions. The whole project’s developments shall be supervised by the project committee, composed by both the steering and the scientific sub-committees -- POTENTIAL FUTURE: The transfer to other categories or sectors should be decided during the phase n°4 of the implementation
