The General Directorate of Youth, Participation and Volunteerism, integrated in the Ministry of Social Policy of the Xunta de Galicia, has proposed to launch the project of transnational mobility ERASMUS +, Dinamizando Galicia (DiGaL), for 56 young people, aged between 18 and 30, recently graduated in vocational training Intermediate level and Certificates of professionalism. The main project activity was the realization of a traineeship for 60 days in a company in France, Italy, Ireland, Portugal or the Czech Republic; participants should have obtained the degree in Business Administration and Management, Agricultural, Hotel business and tourism, health, cultural and community services, Personal Image and Technology and Communications. The aim of these mobilities was to support the employment of young people once they get their degree in formal education; thus it is expected that the skills acquired by the participants in the mobility link directly with the needs of small and medium Galician companies of productive sectors that can generate employment; It will contribute to lower the high unemployment rate affecting the Galician youth while it is given support to the hotels,tourism, food processing, forestry and basic services in the care of elderly, sectors that can be be much more profitable in Galicia. To carry out the project DiGaL, it was created a consortium of three schools that taught training courses Intermediate level in indicated profiles, IES Lamas de Abade de Santiago, IES A Pinguela of Monforte de Lemos and IES Monte Castelo de Burela with Gastronomical Studies Center SL. A Coruña, educative centers in agricultural vocational training of the General Secretariat for Forestry and Rural Affairs and training centers for employment of the General Directorate of Employment; all of them will be coordinated by the General Directorate of Youth, Participation and Volunteerism which is the department in Regional Government responsible for youth policy. Students who participated in this mobility were able to increase their training, once titled, with a personalized plan of work in a company of one of the European countries aforementioned. Each participant who made the mobility has obtained a certificate recognized in all Europa that accredits him a work experience, their language communicative skills in a foreign language and the increase and strengthening of its personal skills after having participated in a mobility for two months in a workplace and social environment very different at local and familiar ones. As a result, the professional and personal CV of each participant improved significantly and it is expected that this will facilitate the insertion into the labor market or selfemployment . In addition, the Galician companies in these sectors may have qualified personnel knowledgeable of new technologies, procedures and / or forms of marketing and at the same time with control of how European labour market works which can promote the internationalization of products and services in any company.
