Religion education changes according to the results of both events happening in the world and the conditions which the country faces. Ergo, it is necessary that people working on this field have to advance themselves in a lot of areas. Even the smallest awareness which will be gained in this field intended for all ages will be a key role in their lives. The knowledge gained at schools doesn't pass beyond theory. The students read the materials written on specific subjects and study but they don't know how to apply this knowledge. The situation is the same for teachers. EU Mobility projects give them opportunity to practice while their knowledge is still fresh and to put them into practice, too. Our project also offers the staff the opportunity to modernize themselves, to realize different teaching techniques, to compare different evaluation styles and to give the religion education in a more effective way. The staff teaching religion must know what, when and how they teach. In this project, we will introduce the religion teaching which is really important for the people, societies and nationalities with the differences and similarities within the Europe. With the experienced 16 participants (from management and teaching departments), our school will participate the project with four mobilities to the four partner institutions of which expertise is on different areas. We expect that they should gain the EU awareness and contribute the school development in the field of teaching religion. It is clear that we have to configure our education system again in an era which science is moving on a dizzying speed regarding the present shortcomings rather than using methods non-permanent or unable to be updated. We need equipped staff to train equipped students so evaluation is done at every stage. Finally, we want to emphasize that we are ready to do everything we asked to do taking the fact that no nation lives without religion into account. We believe that religion education that is neglected before should be revised, be prepared scientifically, using modern education methods and European ways and should be taught in an effective way.
