Teachers often face difficulties when trying to integrate ICT in their daily work. Despite of having access and positive attitudes towards its implementation in learning-teaching, they require on-going support both technological and pedagogical.Schools/other education institutions are constantly looking for new ways to modernize themselves so that increase the capacity and quality of teaching. With this project, we will help to improve education quality:This Mobility Project for school education staff mobility aims to face those specific needs that our teachers and other staff have in order to integrate ICT in education. Dedo Iljo Malesevski primary school will carry out this project as applicant, in collaboration with the partner organization Inercia Digital, specialized in digital competences and e-learning and with long experience in European and international projects. Mobility activities will consist in a set of 4 training courses that may take place in Spain. These training courses will focus on the following topics: Teaching strategies for E-learning, E-learning platforms and resources, Digital schools in Erasmus+ and Erasmus+ project coordinator. Teachers/other staff of our school will attend every course. Every course will be based on a non-formal methodology, and will follow the ISO Quality System 29900 (adopted by Inercia Digital). The impact of this project will fall to the participants who attend the courses (improving their skills, motivation and position on the labour market); our school (including a long-term ICT policy, including ICT skills in the curriculum); our students (improving the quality of the education they receive so that they will improve their competences); Inercia Digital (acquiring more experience, connecting different cultures) and Civil Nationality Society (when improving education policies and System). The potential long term benefit of the project is the integration by our school community (Staff, management, teachers, students) of all the basic digital skills to start and improve an efficient ICT policy inside the organization, and start participating in local and European programme/projects in ICT.
