The main objective of the project is to provide proper conditions for balanced professional trainings of educators. The trainings should represent a real improvement and create the conditions for high quality education system. The goal of the basic research is to explore methodology of education in primary and secondary grammar schools in the given two counties. During the project, knowledge transfer and communication between educators of the two countries occurred, and as a result of the research, the trainings for educators were more practical and purposeful and, at the same time, giving an impulse to development of educational culture in both of the countries.The general objective of the project is to facilitate knowledge transfer to implement corporate research project and to develop practical instrument for everyday use.The specific objectives are the following:1. Development of cross-border communication between primary and secondary schools;2. Comparing analysis of educational culture in the two county's educational institutions;3. Assuring the use of research results in everyday life;The main activities of the project are the following: project management and publicity, purchasing assets, organizing programs, researching and creating study, common methodology, which will be prepared together by professionals of both parties, surveys at same number of educational institutes in both countries, analyzing the survey results together and preparation of a final and corporate study.The target groups of the project are: pedagogic professionals, managing directors of 40 primary and secondary educational institutions participating at the research, 80 persons participating at the training, researchers, educators and school inspectors participating at the opening and closing of the project ( 400 persons), Hungarian and Romanian educational institutions obtaining results during the project and final conclusions as well as the population of the two counties, who will notice an increasing level of education quality.
