The national project "Dialog si cooperare intre liderii de tineret si factorii decizionali" aims to promote the European Year of Volunteering 2011 and to raise the youth involvement in the decision making process through volunteering and non-formal education. The project central activity is a National Seminary that will take place from 19th - 28th of October 2011 in Iasi - Romania, with the participation of 37 youth leaders from different regions of Romania. The activities will focus on non-formal education through: workshops, free discussions, role-playing games, debates, energizers, ice-breakings etc. The project also comprises civic consultations, debates in high-schools/colleges and AEV presentations in the represented communities.The objectives of the project are the promotion of European Year of Volunteering 2011 and strengthening the structured dialogue and cross-sector cooperation between formal and non-formal education by creating a common framework for discussion and collaboration between youth leaders responsible for youth policy and decision makers.There will be realized a Cooperation Platform between the project social actors for the sustainable support of youth organizations to engage in the decision making process.
