Special training methods and techniques are used for these students. Unfortunately there is alack of training while adapting these students to some couses. The most important problem is that our staff does not have enough information about how to be have to these students. As todays economic conditions and the labormarket becomes increasingly competitive, individuals are required to renew and develop their skills throught their working lives. Therefore , vocational and technical education programs as well as wider and transferable specific professional skills needed to equip the students well. The requirements to realize the acquirement of knowledge in the way they wish in social life during the middle school age to participate as much as they wished to skills and competencies (it literacy, foreign, languages, high level critical thinking skills, etc....) are increasing constantly. As an institution, we aim to prepare these disadvantaged students to this completion and make them have appropriate jobs, We would like to observe and compare the training opportunities for these disadvantaged students in European countries with our project. We also aim to find our own students the opportunity to apply this training programç In this context, the technical training given to these disadvantaged students will be examined, reports will be prepared examples of training programs will be taken during the mobilities to vocational training school in different school in different countries. With our project we aim to find opportunities to compare the educational methods for disadvantaged students in differend countries. We plan to bring a new dimension to our educational training for these disadvantaged students by exchanging ideas about the differences and the similarities in the training programs. As a public instution the project partipants are the technical teachers guidance counselors and administrators in ITO Foundation Süleyman Taaştekin Vocational and technical anatolion high school. The project team will be organised and selected according to the success, work-related issues based on positive attitudes one open to innovation are open minded and they have experiences about project execution.Our participants have given training to disadvantaged people and still provide training to these students. Vocational training of disadvantaged groups in our organization and program development activities are carried out for these students. Our school teachers; Prepared projects on renewable energy sources, Industrial Electronics experiment sets, security systems test sets, prepare the microprocessor and microcontroller test sets. Vocational training is given to students at our institution conditioning field. Air conditioning in our area is disadvantaged students and other students are training with. Professional knowledge of our participants with higher levels of the prepared project is intended to be transferred to disadvantaged students. Project participants will be selected by the Project Steering Committee. Electrical and Electronic Technologies Field teachers from 8 people, 2 people in the field of Information Technology, Facilities Technology Area of 2 people, 2 and 6 Teacher Guide will be selected by the school administrators. Participants will be motivated, to learn different technologies, consolidating information will be more efficient. Disadvantaged students to learn different methods of vocational training and professional knowledge that they have learned and will provide the education of qualified professionals who need the skills to industry. Participants are required during mobility using the language in everyday life, during both training and further development will be provided. We aim to improve the quality of education our students who are disadvantaged in our target group. Disadvantaged students in the branches of knowledge they studied, increasing the skills and competences better equipped, they will be qualified technical staff everywhere. We obtain information and documents to other institutions in our region delivering more institutions we aim to benefit from this project. The host organization and our partner, vocational training programs examination of disadvantaged students participating will be provided and will be provided documented by a certificate, so that participants will achieve significant experience will see the benefits in the process of working lives. In addition, our participants will increase their language proficiency through this project. Have access to new technologies in the European Union and will be easier to understand them.
