General purpose of this project is to establish the network in the field of cultural relations and visual arts between Alytus and Suwalki cities for the artist cooperation; this would improve cultural environment of city dwellers, the image of the region, and preserve national cultural identity at the same time.Proximate objectives are:To establish the network of cultural communication in the field of painting, photography and folk art;To strengthen local cultural cooperation between NGO;To improve cultural environment and strengthen the activities of local community.
