DEVELOPING SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Every scholarship holder in addition takes a book of practices in the one that aims at the tasks that it develops every day and that will serve for the evaluación in his own center also.This project is realized and developed by IKASLAN, association of public public centers of vocational training of the Basque Country, to allow that the students of cycles of average degree of Vocational training and belonging practically to all the professional families that are given in the CAV they could realize a stay in different European countries. It is a continuation of the projects that from the year 2002 we realize as response wing demands of the public centers of vocational training. It is necessary to bear in mind that in you cause the complexity of the accomplishment of these projects discourages to the small and even big centers, for what we decide from IKASLAN to give to yes response to that demand. The 59 centers of vocational training of the autonomous community support this project taking it divides in the same one with a view to the improvements in the curricula of his pupils. After a theoretical - practical formation in the center of studies, they must realize a module of Formation in Centers of Work of 12 weeks and 400 hours. This module is the one that across the program ERASMUS +, IKASLAN offers 90 young women of three provinces in order that it could be developed in any country of the EU. In these formative modules the content of the practices as for tasks and acquisition of competitions, it is designed following the guidelines marked by the educational authorities and it will be confirmed after his ending and later certification of aptitude. These labors are reflected in the curriculum development base of the speciality and module about which it treats itself. From IKASLAN is insisted that the program of work and formation for the scholarship holders should be the same that the one that there receive the pupils who realize his formation in centers of work in Spain. According to the profiles of every profession and capacities of language we realize the sending of the pupils selected by the centers of the association. The partners of reception of the different countries receive two documents that refer to the content of the formation and job description.
