Seven teachers have the need to know the CLIL methodology and to improve their communicative skills in Englih so they can elaborate adequate materials to meet the students' needs and to plan CLIL lessons. They also have the need to share concerns, achievements, experiences and materials with teachers from European countries who use CLIL in their classes. A special need for our students is the correct use of ICT to enhance their comprehension. Other two teachers are interested in improving their competences in German language due to the fact that they are already teaching German in our centre. Moreover, another teacher is interested in the Jobshadowing programme in an educative centre WinklerPrins en Veendam, Holland. Our Educative centre has the need to know other European centres work, specially those in Holland due to the high ranking in the PISA report. We are also interested in discipline and students with special needs in the centre. The election of the Dutch school is due to the high ranking in the PISA report. At the end of the project the linguistic competence and the CLIL methodology will have been acquired. The use of ICT in our school as a special tool in the teaching-learning process will increase. Communicative and collaborative tools will be used as a means to integrate ICT in the teaching process. The European dimension will be enhanced. New methods will be acquired in the teaching-learning process as well as management system. The participants will use the Europass Mobility Certificate where the results of such courses will be introduced.
