We prepared this project noticing our school's social, educational, cultural, environmental needs. Student's economically poor drop out of school in order to help their family income study at our school. The percentage of our school's drop out is around 15%. With in this context, for teachers in order to enable students continiotion and active participation to lessons, they are in need of diversity of non-formal education methods and wishes for competence in the meaning of application. Main goals of the project 1. To decrease the percentage of drop outs in school, help 12 years obligotory educational workshop which is applied in our country by blocking school leaving. 2. To specify a strategy in order to be applied for special precautions about our students that drop out of school. 3. To form a strong base for our teachers about teaching methods thar are renewed in 21. century and applied in Europe. 4. To enable our teachers be back out of classical methods, follow the new teaching methods, to provide permanency by following different method in the classroom management. 5. To bring up students equal with learner centred without teacher centred be different individuals. 6. 10 staff members are going to take part in structure course including non-formal methods together with outdoor newable usage to provide school drop out in Estonia. 7. The course will be organised by experienced well in education about European projects OU Vestifex. 8. Staff members participated in the course are going to transform the knowledge they gathered to our school teachers. 9. So all the staff will be involved in the project process. 10. Together with all teachers there will be formed a united vision about incitement subject of national curriculum of student centerede educational strategies. 11. There will be paid attention before selecting participants to project workshops and course in Estonia. 1_ Totally 10 staff formed from teachers and directories will take place in course that will be organised in Estonia about non-formal education from Mehmet Akif Ersoy Ortaokulu. 2_A formed commision will decide the selection of the 10 staff that will participate to the course according to questionaire results. 3_The participants have to be willing about learning and implemanting the non-formal educational methods. 4_The participants don't have to have a disability to take part in project and educational workshops and have to find free time for workshops. 5_ The participants must have sufficient level of English language knowledge. The planning of the activities will be done by the usage of GANTT printed form for filling in statistics. ( Graphics planning to provide work management planning planned by Henry GANTT ) Gantt printed form for filling in statistics will be helpful in human, goal, contract/ preparation and quality management way. We are going to base onm our previous Comenius project when directing the project. The project that we had the years 2011-2013 complete without any problem and was successfully done. İn the project guindance service will be given by our teacher Osman Kaplanoğlu who was the contact person in the project under the coordination of Estonia. For seen project results and impacts. - Our teachers are going to learn newable outdoor usager in order to block drop outs of school, by this we are going to decrease students drop outs to minimum level. - Our teachers will see and learn different lesson practice with this materialization of the mobility in its place. - We are going to succeed in our goals planned in our schools strategic plan, help to goals of European 2020. - The staff took place in courses in a foreign country also have chance to meet European culture and European colleagues, develop their competence borders and evaluate themselves. - We are going to be a sample to our local environment with our project's positive results. Project's probable long term profits. 1. to have teaching staff that can lead students to students to European Arena. 2. In order to increase trhe student's interest, desire, and continuation motivation; we are going to apply non-formal methods in Europe into our educational system to bring as educational strategy of all country. 3. We are going to transform applications that we saw and gathered to order schools in regional group meetings of teachers and will provide positive reflections to curriculum of the country.
