The purpose of the project is to strengthen the democratic development in the Region by making the citizens more active in the current debate about the future of the region. The concrete goal of the project is to develop an education for so-called democracy consultants, these consultants shall be important actors in the ongoing integration process. A number of persons will test the education and thereby help develop the education. The target group for the education is employees in the public sector and active citizens from major NGOs.The project will also try to create a network which can support the development of cross-border and local democracy.
