'De Wroeter Arbeidscentrum' and 'Jaw Nauen' organizes since many years exchange trips. Jaw Nauen, comes with their last years students of the education agriculture to the Wroeter to exchange experiences. Together with the youngsters of the Wroeter and JAW we organize all kind of activities: practical exchange in the garden, daytrips to important places in Belgium, exchange of cooking habitats, sports and movies, … . Because of the target group, social disabled young people, it's very special and interesting to coach this group those ten days. The youngsters are very different, some do have mental problems, psychological problems, problems to live with their parents or alone… . To get them participate and work together we have to stimulate everyone in a way that it works for every person. In the beginning they have one important thing in commend, except of their age… : agriculture. Starting from this helps a lot to get to know each other. After 'working together' in a practical they can start 'working together' in different other ways.
