Within the framework of this third DC – project, DC-NET (2012 -2014), it is intended to focus on such measures, which to the maximum possible extent serve to reinforce the results of the two previous projects. The most important of these objectives are:o designing and launching of DC-NET - E-learning environment based on the Finnish model and good experiences o planning of the adapted apprenticeship concepts and integration of the results into the training process of each partner country o planning and realizing the training program for head trainers (for DC-NET) in all partner countrieso development, implementation and ensuring of availability in every Baltic country of high-quality written and electronic specialized learning materials in the local language o building up the permanent network for post-project activities and ensuring its functions and regulations
