Type of activity is training course for young people’s learning which will combine creative, social and physical abilities with focus on how to transfer knowledge to young people. Activity will be implemented in Zagreb, Croatia on the dates 22.10.2016. - 29.10.2016. We have 35 participants from 11 partners coming from Croatia, Slovenia, Spain, Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Greece, Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia.Training practices will follow the non-formal education values and principles of European practice. All our project partners will be involved in preparation, implementation and evaluation. Roles of each project partner is research and collection of resources on the topics of this project, selection and preparation of participants, participation and contribution during the partner meetings, contribution with the best practice examples, project promotion and communication, facilitation of the training activities , feedback and evaluation, implementation of follow-up activities, project results dissemination at local and international levels and documentation and reporting.Working methodsFor the cultural and introducing part of activity we will use group dynamic activities such as name games, icebreakers, group building activities, field visits, group cultural activities. For vocational part of activity we will use examples and practice of methods, showing videos, reciprocal peer to peer work, learning by doing, team work, organisation and management of a dance class.To foster group work and include give responsibility to participants we will use participatory methods such as group work, participants’ presentations, plenary discussions, group presentations;For reflection and evaluation we will use learning to learn tools and methods such as the use of Open digital badges and Youthpass, peer reflection and feedback, debriefings; evaluation activities such as final evaluation of personal learning progress, group dynamics, course quality and management, open discussion and self check.
