The main aim of the youth exchange Dance My Culture is to get to know deeply other cultures and customs as well as breaking stereotypes by experiencing the cultures of the other participants and to learn to live healthier.By reaching the main aim we would like to achieve that the participants understand thementality, habits and reactions of the other nationalities, minorities and majorities, their values, core concepts, principles, positive and negative sides of other’s society andtrough experiencing other's culture to learn how to live healthier, how people in other countries practise healthy life, how they deal with stress. Every day of the exchange the participants will have the opportunity to experience new culture as their own; they will participate in various interactive presentations, simulations, discussions, exercises and traditional dance workshops. At the end of the exchange the whole group will make big intercultural flashmob presenting the outcome of the project.
