The project aims at strengthening the co-operation in the field of culture between the communities of Makó Local Government (HU), Jimbolia Local Government (RO) and Sannicolau Mare Local Government (RO).The overall objective of the project is to enhance cultural co-operation among the communities of the three participating settlements. The specific objectives are: to organize 3 folklore dance festivals (1 in each settlement); to organize 3 Béla Bartók chamber concerts (1 in each settlement); to organize 3 conciliatory forums of mayors along the border.Project target groups are the inhabitants of Makó, Jimbolia and Sannicolau Mare micro regions, the organizers from the two settlements, who will gain valuable experiences during the implementation of the project, the folk-dancers and chamber concert teams of Makó, Jimbolia and Sannicolau Mare, The main results of the project are the following: establishment of Conciliatory Forum of Mayors along the border, 3 international folk dance festivals and 3 Bartók Béla chamber concerts.
