The main objectives of CULTURE4ALL project are:- Promoting the cultural diversity,- Promoting intercultural dialogue,- Developing a sense of initiative among young people,- Acquire the skills needed in the labor market,- Intercultural education of the local community and workers involved in the project.We would like young people in frame of the European Voluntary Service to have the opportunity to acquire competences needed on the labor market and experience, which they will not gain in their countries - the experience of living and working abroad. We would also like to increase the sense of initiative among young people, through a chance to implement their own initiatives and projects.As EDUQ Association we are planning to host two volunteers from Spain and Italy, the age of 18-30. They will be involved in the activities taking place directly in our organization. One of the volunteers will be working with young people from the district of Lebork. The volunteer will support the mentor in working with young people with fewer opportunities, in frame of the mentoring office. He/she will also co-organized the meeting of the International Volunteers' Club, and local volunteers' club. Another task will be to support the writing and implementation of the projects in frame of the "Social Accumulator" fund and to support the NGO Center. The second volunteer will have the chance to develop his/her digital skills in working with graphics programs, creating questionnaires and elaborating them, as well as making interviews and creating the basic statistical data. In addition, he/she will find out what the Eurodesk is and how it works, and how to write and implement the Erasmus+ projects.In addition to the above-mentioned activities, volunteers will teach their languages and promote their cultures among young people, we will also give them the opportunity to implement their own initiatives.The hosting organization - Parasol Foundation will also host two volunteers, aged 18-30 years, from Spain and Italy. Volunteers will learn how to promote tourist attractions, will increase skills in the use of modern technology and social networking, learn how to promote activities and implement projects aimed at young people, and how to work with seniors, especially through workshops and information on new technologies.During language lessons, teaching the local community, all volunteers will learn a specific method that will be useful for them if they would wish to teach in the future. Of course, we will try to match the actions to the needs of volunteers, so after returning to their country they could use the skills gained through volunteering in the best way. Through the Polish classes, they will learn the new language.At least once a month, we will organize a meeting with the coordinator and coach. Volunteers will be asked to prepare monthly reports on their work and learning outcomes. This will be helpful in completing the Youthpass at the end of the project. Volunteers hosted at the Parasol Foundation, in addition to the meetings with the work coordinator in Bytow, they will also come once a month to Lebork to participate in the meeting with volunteers hosted in EDUQ Association.We assume that the presence of volunteers in our organizations will bring the following results:- will be created all sorts of materials for the presentation of the Italian and Spanish culture, as well as the European Voluntary Service project, which the volunteers will be part of,- will be updated English website about volunteering abroad, and blog/website run by a volunteer,- photographic documentation will be available to the general public, which will contribute to the promotion of the organizations and EVS,- we plan to create various types of surveys and interviews among the local community, during which always will be transferred information about the project and Erasmus+ programme,- we plan to put at least two times during the project, information about it in the local media,- on the 5th of December we will organize the Voluntary Gala.In addition to the aforementioned profits for European volunteers, we hope that the implementation of our project will contribute to the diversification of life of the local community and bring it with new values. We would also like to increase the number of hosting organizations in the district of Lebork and more.With the project we would like to establish long cooperation with the sending and hosting organization - the Foundation of Local Development "Parasol" in Bytow, for its continuation in the future and the implementation of new ones.
