This proposal concerns the establishment of a telemedicine centre in the region of Epirus. The project consists of several subprojects as follows: (i) INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF A TELEMATICS SYSTEM (ii) KNOW-HOW EXCHANGE AND TELEMATICS TRAINING PROGRAMME.
