Creativity and innovation are often key to the success of a business, particularly in strategic planning and when designing new products and services. All companies and in particular SMEs face increasing competition not only for sales, but also for technical know-how and skills. In this environment, competitiveness at company level depends crucially on the speed with which new products can be brought to the market and new cost-saving improvements made. The Creativity Development & Innovation Training Package - outcome of the I-Create project meets all these needs, while supporting SMEs in understanding and applying creativity methods, recognizing innovation strategies and developing new products. SMEs will improve their ability to respond quickly to changing market needs and focus resources in a proper way.
