One of the EU 2020 strategy and aims is to increase the number of young people in work and education. For finding a work new way of thinking is necessary. Traditional ways of work situations meet the futures request. You have to broaden your insight, and women and men need to have an open mind in finding a job. Before the EVS-project starts, there will be a two days Advanced Preparation meeting in May 24-25, 2016. There will be the contact person and the EVS-volunteer attending this meeting together with the tutors and project managers from Stockholm. The purpose of this meeting is to meet each other, make the details of the planning, set up final contracts. Also the opportunity for the EVS-volunteers to be familiar with the working places. The working methods used for the EVS is; following teachers in drama, dance, music, fine art and media and learn from them but also assist and support the courses with the young people. When the EVS-volunteer feels comfortable she will be able to run her own courses, e.g. short coursers during school leaves. She will also learn from and support the teachers in the work with the FRÖN-project, in socioeconomic areas. The EVS volunteer will be able to do practical tasks as well as administrative tasks.
