The project CPS + 45 second a first project dedicated to young graduates. He aims at transferring to 3 new countries and to a new audience: +45 years old workers.Between 2000 and 2009, the employment rate of people aged from 55 to 64 in the EU increased from 36.9% to 46% (Source: Eurostat)Today, it is common for + 45 workers to decide to change one’s field of activity or jobs. This situation can be chosen (new professional aspirations) or imposed (closing of a business). CPS partners means that a following up of those people is necessary in such situation.Goals and Objectives of CPS:Due to this situation, CSP project + 45 aimed at:1) Accompanying +45 workers wishing to change jobs or being laid off, which, then impose a career transition.2) Proposing different modules to consider a new start in their career.3) Promoting specific tools for persons who have not looked for a job during a long period.The project proposes the adaptation and the transfer of five training modules, including a new training module dedicated to trainers. This one completes the following up process.
