Project aim is to improve the quality of life by efficiently usage and protection of natural, cultural and historical heritage values. To reach this aim, it develops the strategy which is directly focused on target groups’ and target areas’ needs. Since their needs and constraints are sourced from being isolated and overusing or abusing of natural resources and cultural/historical heritages, project mainly focuses on protect and introduce local tangible and intangible resources. Therefore, there are trainings organized on cultural, historical and environmental values in both sides. With the help of the trainings, target groups enhance their urban and collective consciousness. Thus, the target groups, young people gain required skills to help identifying both cities’ values and to set up international dialogue in between. By these ways target groups' needs and constraints are covered and met.
